Indicative pricing

The pricing shown by our quote tool is indicative only. Final pricing is locked in at the in-home consult, where we inspect the switchboard, meter, and roof. Any change to indicative pricing of more than 5% is fully refundable.

Rebates and discounts

Federal Cheaper Home Batteries Program (CHBP) rebate and Small-scale Technology Certificate (STC) discounts are applied as a point-of-sale reduction by us as the installer. Eligibility depends on Federal Government requirements which may change.

Warranty

We provide a 10-year workmanship warranty on all installs. Panel, inverter, and battery warranties are issued by the manufacturers (Risen, GoodWe, etc.) and remain valid regardless of our business status. All warranties are honoured to current CEC Approved Solar Retailer standards.

Cancellation

Australian Consumer Law gives you a 10-business-day cooling-off period on any signed contract.

Limit of liability

Our liability is limited to the value of the works performed. We hold $20M public liability insurance.
